Sandlot Chores is a baseball-themed chore tracker. A parent or guardian ("you") creates an account and sets up chores and rewards for a child. We built this app to be private by default: no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking, and we never sell your data.
Only an adult creates an account, by signing in with Sign in with Apple. Children do not create accounts and do not sign in. The adult account holder manages everything, including the limited information stored about the child.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or any sensitive personal information. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Solely to provide the app: to sign you in, save your chores/rewards/settings, and show progress and history. We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, or tracking across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
This app is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian. The only information associated with a child is a first name/nickname and the chore activity the family records. By creating the account and entering this information, you provide consent, as the child's parent or guardian, for us to store it to operate the app. We practice data minimization and do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary for the app to function. As the parent/guardian you can review, update, or delete the child's information at any time from within the app, or by deleting your account.
Your data is stored using Supabase, our backend and database provider, which processes it on our behalf to host and secure the app's data. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Sign in with Apple is operated by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not share your information with any other third parties, except where required by law.
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app at any time (Coach → Settings → "Delete Account & All Data"). When you delete your account, we remove your team, child profiles, chores, rewards, and activity history from our systems. You may also email rob4ce@gmail.com to request deletion.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the associated data.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and provider-managed access controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we limit what we collect to reduce risk.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise them, use the in-app controls or contact us at rob4ce@gmail.com.
We may update this policy. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app.
